About this course
This course provides practical industrial training in CNC machining and programming using CAMWorks integrated with SOLIDWORKS, with a strong focus on real manufacturing applications of 3 Axis Milling used in modern industry.
Throughout the course, participants will learn the complete manufacturing workflow starting from the CAD model preparation to generating ready-to-run CNC G-Code. The course covers machine setup, stock definition, cutting tool selection, toolpath generation, machining strategies, simulation, and post processing for CNC milling machines.
Students will perform essential machining operations such as Facing, Pocketing, Contouring, Drilling, and Finishing while applying industrial best practices to improve machining quality, reduce cycle time, and increase production efficiency.
The course is highly practical and industry-oriented, using real manufacturing examples and projects that simulate actual factory environments. It is designed to bridge the gap between design and manufacturing and prepare participants for careers in CNC machining, digital manufacturing, and CAM programming.
